The Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlaine: Carly is pregnant and recently lost her husband Joe to the Vietnam war. She recently found out her unborn daughter has a heart defect and she will definitely not survive after her birth. It’s the 70’s and the medical field is not advanced enough to save her unborn child and she refuses to abort her. He brother in law Hunter is a physicist and presents her with a wild and crazy plan to save her daughter. Carly thinks Hunter is insane at first, once he proves to her that he is in fact not crazy, she is on board to do anything to save her daughter. I’ve read several books by Diane Chamberlain and this one is like no other. I went into it blind and I think that’s a must to truly enjoy it. This book was truly a rollercoaster and a must read! 4.5/5 Stars.

The No-Show by Beth O’Leary: Siobhan, Jane and Miranda don’t know each other and they were all stood up on Valentine’s day by the same man. He makes it up to them and they all decide to forgive him. Is he really managing three relationships or is there more to the story. I have to be honest, when I started this book I thought it was odd for Beth O’Leary but I could not put it down and ended up loving it at the end. She framed the story in such a skillful way. 4/5 Stars

The Golden Couple by Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen: Avery recently lost her license as a psychologist but continues to see clients using her new unorthodox method. Her new clients Marissa and Matthew Bishop look like the perfect couple, until Marissa reveals that she was unfaithful. The more Avery works with the Bishops, she realizes there’s so much more under the surface and getting them on the right track is not as simple. I’ve read a few books by these authors and this one was by far my favorite. 4/5 Stars
