I read a lot in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and I don’t really have these books documented anywhere, so I wanted to create a short series of books that were so entertaining to me and I think most would enjoy. Let’s get to it!

28 summers by Elin Hilderbrand: this is one of my favorite Elin Hilderbrand books, set in Nantucket. Mallory and Jake met one Summer and went on to have a summer fling for 27 years.

The Family Upstairs by Lisa Jewell: Libby was found as a baby in a house with three dead bodies. On her 25th birthday, she’s finally going to learn the identity of her parents. I actually will re-read that one again soon.

Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman: Eleanor Oliphant doesn’t have the best social skills and no tact. She accidentally made some new friends, they get each other out of their isolation and we learned Eleanor’s traumatic past. Such a touching book.

The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett: Two white passing twin sisters went on to live very different lives. One marries an abusive dark skinned man. The other marries a White man and pretends to be White. Years later their daughters path crossed.
