Hey guys! I am not ready for this new week but I don’t have a choice, do I? I feel meh because my office closed permanently and I will be working from home indefinitely. Today I have to go to the office to pick up my stuff. When I left my office on March 11, I had a feeling I wouldn’t be back in a while, but this is not what I was expecting. But the show must go one right?
I was ambivalent about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale with everything happening this year, but I have a blog and I’ve been covering it for years. Let me start by saying, we are in the middle of a pandemic and this sale is not at all a priority, so please to not over extend yourself to shop. Now if you do have some disposable income, I’ll gladly share what I strongly recommend based on past purchases and what I think is worth. The items above are currently my favorites, will I purchase them all? Absolutely not.
The Necessaire Body Wash & Lotion is a great buy because I love this bodywash and was already planning on getting another once mine is done. I also love Olaplex and use it weekly so this bundle make sense for me. I love Spanx leggings and I’m excited to try the Bike Shorts. I have 4 or 5 Rails Plaid Shirts, I love them and wear them a lot, so this is a splurge but the cost per wear is high for me.
This Tumi Backpack is just so beautiful and I could see myself making it my daily work bag. I love Vince slip on sneakers and mules, love this modern style. I got a pair of Ascis sneakers recently and I’m happy to see one on sale. I got these Booties 2 years ago and they are my go-to going out shoes for Fall/Winter. They are soft, the heels are sensible and they have a pointed toe that makes them look dressier than the average booties.
I have way more favorites from the sale but when it’s live I’ll do another post to share those. You can preview the entire sale HERE. So, are you shopping the NSALE this year?
Have a great day and thank you so much for stopping by. If you enjoy this blog, I would really love it if you could leave me a testimonial HERE.
