Fall Night Out Outfit with Leopard Print Shirt

Packing for a Tropical Vacation Part 1
3 Ways to Wear a Long Cardigan, What I'm watching and more...

Hey guys! Unfortunately I’m not off today so no long weekend here. My weekend was very nice, on Friday night I saw Michael Bublé in concert and he was beyond amazing. He’s such a great singer and he sounded as good live as he does on his albums. So happy to hear his tour is doing so well, he deserves it. I asked last Friday and I’m asking again, there’s this initiative I would love to be a part of with Sephora but I need some testimonials to support my application. I hope you will consider leaving me one HERE. It’s super easy to fill out and takes a few seconds. Thank you in advance 🙂

Other than that, my weekend was pretty low key, it involved lots of cooking. I watched this show on Netflix called Abducted in Plain Sight and it was seriously the craziest story I’ve ever heard, filled with countless WTF moments. I don’t understand how some people could be so clueless in the freaking 70s. I don’t want to spoil it, it’s only an hour and a half and you should check it out.

What I’m Wearing: Jacket // Top // Leggings // Booties // Bag // Necklace

fall outfit with pointed toe booties

This was one of my night out outfits over the holidays. I remember wanting to be comfortable so I wore my favorite dressy leggings and this loose top. I got this jacket 2 years ago and it’s still a favorite. It was also under $50, I’ve tried many other faux leather jackets and they were all returned.

I don’t wear high heels much anymore and only have a few favorites left, I always love having a pair of pointed toe suede booties with a 2-3 inch heels. They give you a dressier feel and are far more comfortable. This is the exact pair I’m wearing and didn’t realize it came in so many other colors.

I loved how my makeup came out that night, my skin wasn’t misbehaving then so my application went smooth. I don’t switch up my makeup routine often, it’s still not easy to find makeup that fits my complexion and skin type perfectly. So I tend to stick to my favorites, for example I love that Fenty Beauty has so many foundation shades but I realized it was one of the culprit of my breakouts. Things advertised as mattifying seem to never work for me.

Above I am using my all time favorite foundation in 152-chocolat, this concealer, eye shadow palette and lip pigment in the shade ‘don’t stop’. I just picked it up in the shade ‘under my thumb‘ as well. I also use this powder, it has great shades for darker skin tones and the application is flawless. I’m still using this brow pencil, I must be on my third one now.

Have a great Monday and see you back on Wednesday for a new post.
