Holiday Outfit :: Little Black Dress

little black dress with belt

Guys this is the last full week of October, the holidays are upon us. This year I got it together and over the next few weeks I will be sharing Holiday Outfits along with the other stuff. I’m amazed how quickly that dress is selling out, honestly I love to plan early so now is the time to start planning for your Holiday festivities. That dress runs BIG, I am wearing an xs. It could easily have been a one size dress to be honest. It’s a peasant dress so it’s suppose to be oversized and I added a different belt because I wanted to color contrast. It does come with a fabric belt that matches the dress perfectly. Now the reason the get a bigger size would be if you want more length, I’m 5’4 so that dress is the perfect length on me. I’m in South Florida so it will still be warm for the next few months, but I will walk through ways to stay elegant and warm. First, add opaque tights, they look great with that kind of dress

I love pretty pumps but a nice pointy toe bootie would look amazing with this style. I prefer pointed toe because they just look dressier.

My cute little clutch sold out so quickly but you are in luck because I found a perfect dupe. I’ve found several more perfect for dressier looks at great price points.

I kept the jewelry to a minimum because I felt like that dress was the statement, sharing a few similar styles below. Some are longer, but they all look great if you want a sexy but mostly conservative Holiday look. I am in love with that one by the same brand.

Lastly, if you need an extra layer a dress coat, faux fur shawl, jacket are great options.
