Happy Friday Eve! Guys January is almost over, what the heck? This week has been challenging but I made it and I’m thankful for that. Today’s casual look features 2 favorites, my oversize buffalo plaid shirt and my velvet booties. I got this shirt in XL because I wanted it to be over-sized, I just love grabbing it when I’m headed to the movies for extra warmth. These booties were an impulse purchase but one I never regretted, I’ve worn them to work, to go out and to run errands. That’s the good thing about pointed toe shoes in my opinion, they can easily be dressed up or down.
During the Summer I will probably swap the jeans and booties for shorts and sandals (these are hands down my favorite sandals) to recreate this look. Keeping this one short and sweet, have a great day and thank you for reading!
PS: I’ve been updating my Closet and Beauty staples section with all the items I’m loving lately.
What I’m Wearing :: sunglasses – QUAY // earrings – Saks Off 5th // rings – Gorjana // bracelet – Alex and Ani // watch – Michael Kors // tee – GAP // shirt – JC Penney // jeans – GAP // booties – Steve Madden // bag – Kate Spade (similar)
OK I wanted to share something a little different, today is National Spouses Day. Yesterday I got this email and this was so interesting to me and I figure you guys might like it as well. To all of you that are married, what do you think?
