Happy Fit Friday guys! So happy the weekend is here, but even more excited to you guys about GoAvo. If you follow me on Snapchat (pinksole_rach) or seen my breakfast on Instagram, you know how I feel about my love for avocados. I had 2 different friends told me that I need this avocado toast tee. So when the founder of GoAvo reached out to me I was so excited to try it. I got three flavors and today’s I am using the chipotle flavor for this recipe.
So I know I’ve mentioned this before but my biggest meals of the days are breakfast and lunch, so dinner is more of a snack/lunch. I’m always looking for filling but light snacks to have after my workouts in the evening. So I was so excited to give my plain old chicken salad recipe a little fresh with GoAvo. I always have cooked and seasoned chicken breast in the freezer that I de-freeze as I go throughout the week. I personally dislike mayonnaise so GoAvo is the greatest find ever, on top of that GoAvo is all natural. It has no artificial preservatives, is vegan, gluten free, soy-free and non-GMO certified. Last but not least, GoAvo is made with organic ingredients. A winner right?
Mix all the ingredient and add the chicken last, It doesn’t get any easier than this. I usually have it with a low cal pita and sprinkle a bit of goat cheese on top. This week I made this exact same recipe but replaced the chicken with tuna and it was HIT!
- 2 tbsp, Chipotle Avocado Spread
- 8 oz (0.5lbs), Chicken 8 oz Breast
- 1 tbsp(s), Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp, Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tsp, Dijon Mustard
