I would say Happy Monday but I really don’t mean it. I had the best birthday weekend and it was nice to disconnect and just focus on having fun. At some point I will make sure to take the time to personally respond to all the wishes in this post, just give me some time. If you follow on Snachat(pinksole_rach), you may have seen some snippets of the weekend but let me say thank you again for all the wishes. Thanks to Caryl and Gina for the lovely posts they made specially for my birthday, and Charnele and Daphnee for celebrating with me as well. I will share more of the stuff I did, presents and what I wore in future posts, I took a gazillion pics over the weekend but I need to focus on work for now as I have a lot on my plate.
I’ve been wanting a nice utility vest for a while but didn’t want to spend a lot on it, Target has the perfect one and of course the price is right. My closet has gotten a lot simple and has more basics over the years, it’s just easier to mix and match that way. I’ve also wanted a pair of classic Adidas kicks forever and this pair from J.D. Sport is perfect, they are really comfortable and make any outfit a lot cooler don’t you think? I love sneakers and overall athletic clothes so I was just dying over Khloe Kardashian’s fitness closet, although I think a fitness drawer is enough for me right now.
My “Pick of the Week” is this cute little saddle bag by Rebecca Minkoff. This wine color is just divine and so fitting for Fall. It won’t feel like Fall anytime soon here so we can just play with colors for now.
