Happy Friday guys! So happy the last day of the week is here and thankfully today I get to work from home in my pjs. The Shopbop sale was a good one, when I do shop these sales I try to not go crazy and allow myself to buy ONE thing. I’m really excited because my package should arrive today. I don’t really have much planned other than meeting with some friends for drinks and sushi. This week Carylee reminded me that the “save/splurge” posts were not totally useless, check out her post here. She totally inspired me to work on a new one that I cannot wait to share, I was able to find excellent dupes of some great designer classics like Chloe, Isabel Marant, Salvatore Ferragamo and more…
Today’s outfit is an easy breezy one, and I feel like I am wearing all my favorite things. I love that scarf and I’m so happy I decided to get it. Next time they have a sale I might get the pink one as well, I’m usually not big on scarves but I’ve worn that one 3 times already. I looked everywhere for the perfect distressed shorts, these were IT and at the right price. They are sold out already but they have a couple of sizes in the lighter wash, they are junior sizes and I’m wearing a medium by the way. After getting this tee in yellow, I ordered the grey and white because the relaxed fit is exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t even need to size up I am wearing a small, keep in mind I am really small chested. These espadrilles, well they are everything and they are sold out in most places already. This is my third pair of Soludos and I’m happy with them so far, ps they have new arrivals.
Here in South Florida everyone is pretty much obsessed with the World Cup and mangos, at least in the environment that I’m in. Well I don’t watch any sports and eating mango 2-5 times a year is sufficient for me. So I just got a new book that was recommended by Victoria on twitter and it has great amazon reviews as well, so if I get any downtime this weekend I will be reading.
So what are your plans this weekend? Do share so that I can live vicariously through you.
