Happy Monday everyone, I hope everyone had a good weekend. Did you do anything special? This was my outfit to the Rihanna’s Diamonds world tour, my Saturday started extra early because I had to run some errands before my friend picked me up for a trip to the mall. Originally we only wanted to go to F21 since the one by my house is under renovation. Words on the street it will be the biggest Forever 21 in South Florida, I am so excited. But of course we ended up going to one to many store, and by the time I got home I had to get ready for the concert. I panicked when it started pouring like crazy in the early afternoon, only because I wanted to take pictures of my outfit on the patio where I get good lighting. Thankfully after the rain the sky cleared out just in time for me to snap some pics.
The concert itself was amazing, she is an amazing performer. I danced a lot and didn’t bother taking any pics but thankfully my friends did so below I have a few snapshots of Riri. The only thing that bothered me that night was the amount of kids that were present at this concert. I hate to sound like my mom, but Rihanna’s music is not appropriate for little girls. I mean come on people get it together. Rihanna is 25 and can sing about whatever she wants, but I really think that a little girl should not be singing along to Rude boy or Birthday Cake. At the end of the day you have to at least try to control what your kids are exposed to. I know that I am not a parent yet, but I do know that my parents would have never taken me to a similar concert when I was younger. I even saw two adorable girls who looked 9 years old or less wearing 4 inch heels, and they could barely walk in them. I got my first heels when I was 12 and actually they were only 2-inch wedges..sigh. I just feel strongly about letting kids be just kids. I hope you guys have an awesome and productive week.bracelet, rings, necklace – Forever 21 top – Guess (similar) pants – Forever 21 shoes – Steve by Steve Madden (similar) lipstick – MAC Ruby Woo wristlet – Cole Haan (borrowed form my sister similar)
