What I’m eating: All the vegan meals, I cannot wait to share what I’ve been cooking with you for the past month in the next health and fitness post. This time I remembered to document all my meals so I’m excited to show you. I started making matcha lattes about a month ago and I’ve finally perfected it. I found this great matcha powder on Amazon, one teaspoon is all you need for one serving. It is also a great alternative to coffee, now I have coffee about only 3 times weekly.
What I’m working on: You mean when I’m not working lol, the blog of course. I am constantly trying to improve my photography and editing skills and that’s an ongoing project. I’ve gotten questions about my blog pictures, I do have someone take them for me but they are not a professional. So I have to set the camera settings myself and give them detail instructions on how to shoot, where to stand etc… It is hard work but I feel like my photography skills have improved so much and Lightroom is my best friend.
What I’m excited about: My two favorite shows Game of Thrones and Insecure are back so I’m a happy girl every Sunday.
What I’m watching/reading: My latest reads are Everybody Lies and The Sociopath Next Door, I highly recommend both of them. I learned so much from these two and cannot wait to discuss them with friends. I can’t even pick a favorite they are both filled with such valuable information.
What I’m listening to: J.Balvin – Mi Gente, get ready to have a dance party on your way to work or wherever you’re going. It’s also kid friendly.
