Hey guys! Hope you had a great weekend, I had a fabulous brunch on Saturday to celebrate Galentine’s day with the girls, I can’t believe that’s actually a thing, followed by the longest nap. After that I felt rejuvenated because this past week totally kicked my butt, then I had to get my ish together and take care of my never ending list of chores. I purchased these burgundy red velvet booties on an impulse a few months ago but it was a good one because I’ve worn them so much this season. They are very easy to style because they go well with most of my basics and the pointed toe makes them work well for dressier looks. I’m not going to lie, I have an assortment of lace tees and now I just stay away. I did find three that are super cute and you guys should totally consider if you love lace.
We had the most fabulous weather this weekend, perfect for the beach or lounging by the pool. I couldn’t do any of that but I’m excited to have a me day soon, trust me I need it. This time of the year is the craziest at work and I feel like so many things are changing and while that’s exciting I do feel overwhelmed at times. Learning to take a break is something that is still a work in progress for me, I usually don’t get it until I make myself sick. So that’s a new goal for me to work towards this year.
On a more fun note, I am impatiently awaiting ALL the Spring fashion. I think I am totally having a blush pink moment, and I’m so loving this style of tie waist pants. So let’s make it my “Pick of the Week“.
